Have you tried turning the TV off at the wall for a minute then powering it back on?

@terry8dot Have you got sound but no picture? If so, it's related to a firmware issue that many, myself included, are waiting for Sky to fix. One workaround that works for some is to sign out of the Prime Video app, then restart the TV. 

If you've lost both then you need to try unplugging as @BenJoBanjo suggested.
