No picture from standby mode

I have logged a ticket with a brand new TV and troubleshot everything with advisor. Been faulty out of the box. If in standby mode for 15 mins or more it will not produce a picture when turning on.

have to turn off from power supply and even reset everytime. Probably 5 times a day.

need a replacement TV as this is faulty out of the box.

You need to phone Sky and request a replacement under warranty terms then. We're just customers on here like you.
