Just agreed to get Sky Glass - supposed to have a link to a credit agreement but not received one. Order will be cancelled if I don't sign. What to do? I've tried both the website and the MySky app

You need to ensure that your Sky ID is the same as the one you ordered with. See this article and try the link in the article& https://www.sky.com/help/articles/credit-agreement-sky-glass
Failing this you will need to call Sky, we are fellow customers here on the community.
