No TV channels

I have been watching my glass tv just as a regular TV, now I can't watch anything, I have 5 boxes on screen, SKY AERIAL HDMI 1 2 3

Do you have a question?  There is No Sky Aerial input on a Glass TV, it would jjst be Aerial for Terrestrial TV received via an outdoor aerial.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @TYE3   If you have been using your Glass for terrestrial TV then you must have the coax cable attached.  Try removing the coax cable  and unplugging both your Glass TV and router.  After a couple of minutes plug the router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has fully rebooted plug your Glass TV back in and wait for that to fully reboot.  Also of course make sure your network is setup correctly in the  settings /Network menu
