No Play Now or Continue watching rail on my new Sky Glass Air

Yesterday I paused watching a random episode of a crime series and now that I'd like to resume watching it a day later there doesn't seem to be any way to locate it. I've looked at videos re using Play Now - but it doesn't seem to exist on the home screen (I certainly can't see it if arrow right from Playlist) and similarly, I can't see a "continue watching" rail anywhere. This is a bit of a deal breaker for me if there is no way of picking up where I left off...Any advice very very welcomed!

Hi @RVR1

@sometimes pulling the plug for a few minutes can clear gremlins ....... you most definitely should have a continue watching rail

thinking back there was a way you could turn it off I believe but I can't right now remember where it was

I think it was in the MySky app settings and you have to make sure your data tracking is on. Hopefully one of the other users will remember where that settings lives ......

When you paused the episode, was this a show you were watching "live" on a TV channel? If so did you add the show to your playlist?

Thanks for reply. It was live tv on a tv channel. I'm guessing I need to add anything I watch on TV channels to the play list if I want to return to finish watching at a later date... Apologies if I've duplicated this reply; I don't think I was signed in when I  first replied but maybe I was.

Thank you for helping. I now realise I do have a continue watching rail, I just didn't scroll down far enough. Though it appears that the contine watching only features programmes that I've added to my playlist.

That's correct - it won't track shows that you are watching if you are just browsing between TV channels.
