Hi @Dawnleeson 

You have posted on the Sky Glass community. Is this a message you are seeing on Glass or are you a Sky Broadband customer? What steps have you tried so far? Please provide as much information as you can, we are fellow customers not sky and have no idea about your set up unless you tell us.

Also what is your service checking staying: https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
