Have chnaged from Sky Broadband to EE Brodband today. The new hub is working and connecting all my Mac's, iPhones and iPads and also the SKY Glass Puck in the kitchen.
On my SkyGlass TV it says it has connected to teh hub but there is no Internet Connection; what steps can I take to getthe TV to conect to a Internet Connection which is clearly working on all other devices?

The answer:
Set Glass to Standby
Unplug Glass
Unplug Router
Plug in Router
When Router has finished setup, plug in Glass
It works!!

This can be done at Settings > Network > Network Connection > status > reset.
Good luck.

You could call then or if you prefer I can escalate your post to the Community Messaging Team who will send you an invitation to an online chat. Let me know if you prefer the latter.

I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team who will send you an invitation for an online chat.
The link below explains how the procedure works

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed. Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.
