New tv
I want to order a new to but been declined I've been with sky years

@Hayley170 I'm not sure what you're asking of the community?
Tenure with Sky is irrelevant when applying for credit, which is what you are doing when attempting to purchase a Glass TV, it is your credit file that is important and if you fail a credit check Sky won't override that.

I was also declined initally, but it was due to the consultant inputting the wrong first name and the wrong DOB.
When i asked what details had been entered, he read them back to me and i realised they were wrong.
I have a credit score of 945, when correct details were inputted, it was not a problem.

I was turned down a few months ago for sky glass 2 even though I'd paid off sky glass 1 with no payment issues. Credit reference companies are pointless as they all say different things, 2 of them I've good credit and 1 is 'poor' no doubt sky uses that company! Funny enough if I wanted on I could buy one from curry's credit without an issue. Go figure?
