New order

I ordered sky stream on the 14th jan but I've had no dispatch email ?

Have you created a Sky I'd and tracked your order? If not follow the advice in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

 

If you can't see it there, you'll need to contact Sky support.

Yes it says pre activate in order tracking
