Hi,

I have just received a Sky Glass 55" (M) but it seems to have a rattle coming from the (assume) base sub woofer - even at normal / low volume.

I take it that's not normal?

Any advice appreciated.

Called them and it going to be replaced next week.

Not normal, but also not unknown.

You'll need to log the fault with Sky and arrange a swap-out, but I suspect that may not now be possible until later next week at the earliest.

Replacement not coming until next Wed (3rd Jan). Will post an update once received.
