Netflix

It won't let me use Netflix on sky , even tho I'm paying for it ?

Are you getting some kind of error message when starting Netflix on your Sky Glass TV?

 

Have you activated your Netflix as shown in this Sky help article, as described under the Activate Netflix on your Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream puck section;

Im using Gen 1 sky glass TV . I don't have any apps and can't see Netflix anywhere amd not sure how to activate Netflix . And it also says sorry,there are currently no programmes of this type available

Is this a 2nd hand TV? Have you got a Sky subscrition?
