Hi was in the middle of watching netflix on my skyglass got to the end of what I was watching then message came up on screen saying you seem to be using a vpn or proxy please turn off any of these services and try again I've not used a vpn or changed any setting I've tried rebooting the hub and refreshing apps but still the same

It sometimes worth turning your router off for at least 15 minutes .... this should give you a different ip address (assuming that's the issue )

the other possibility is that your Netflix account has been hacked and the perpetrator has altered some of your regional settings . In this case it would be wise to check and change your Netflix password

Cheers I've just changed the password on the account so I'll give the router a switch off
