Netflix not accessible

My Netflix account has changed to one that I can't access

You will need to provide more information for the community to help. However Sky don't manage the credentials for Netflix only the billing. When you sign into netflix on Sky it tells netflix to stop billing you and Sky to start.

If you have more than one account you can sign in to netflix by signing out on netflix (left hand menu > get help > sign out) and then signing in with the username and password of your other account.

 

If you have forgotten the password for you other account etc you will need to speak to netflix as Sky cannot help with this. https://www.netflix.com/gb/LoginHelp
