Netflix is not now recognised on my tv

Netflix was originally set up by my daughter in law who no longer lives at the property...I pay for Netflix as part of my sky glass package but can't login as it was originally set up with my daughter in laws email etc

You need to speak with Netflix and get them to unlink your Sky account from your daughter in laws Netflix account in that case.

 

once that is done you will be able to create your own Netflix account and link that to your Sky account.
