Netflix has a different email to my email

I have an Netflix account linked to my sky glass but all of a sudden ive been logged out and someone elses email has been replaced instead of mine so i cant access my account, can you help? Is someone else watching Netflix through my sky glass account? Is there anyway i can cancel it and set up a new Netflix account on my sky glass?

Hi @Bec2 Unfortunately it looks like your Netflix account might have been hacked.   Try signing out of Netflix and then signing back in again.

If that doesn't help you will need to speak to Netflix support for additional troubleshooting.
