Netflix hanging

Hi, 

 

We are experiencing random hanging (stops accepting remote inputs) on the Sky Glass Netflix app. 

Only happens when browsing the the Home Screen but watching something is fine. 

Pressing the Home button takes us back to Sky Glass home but have to wait a few min before we can successfully re-launch the Netflix APP - assume Glass is automatically closing it for us.


Anybody else experience this?

@rr205521 A few things you could try:

1. reboot your Glass TV (unplug for a minute and then plug it back in)

2. Reload Netfilx (it's in the Netflix get help menu)

3. Sign out of Netflix and sign back in again (same menu as above)

4. Refresh your Glass apps (Settings > System Management > Resets & updates)

 

The App refresh can take a fe hours but is done in the background so you can continue using your Glass TV.
