Netflix error code nw4-8, failure to load and Netflix help not trusted site

Netflix gives error code nw-4-8. I have restarted WiFi and sky glass system without success. Netflix help blocked as a unsafe site with a out of date certificate.

The Netflix help pages are working fine for me. According to the help on there it states the following:

Netflix Error NW-4-8

You might get the error code NW-4-8 with the message:

Couldn't connect to Netflix. Please try again or restart your home network and streaming device.

Code: nw-4-8

This error happens when an issue with data on your device or your network connection stops Netflix from working, or if your device is no longer supported.

@John314 who is your ISP? The fact Netflix Help is being blocked seems strange to me, and I wonder if your ISP or router is doing something unusual. My hunch is whatever is stopping you from accessing the Netflix Help is also stopping you from accessing Netflix itself.
