Netflix double charged

I'm paying for sky package and sky sports  + Netflix 

yet underneath I'm charged £4 a month for Netflix again 

 

why twice

We are fellow customers, not Sky support so we don't know what you are subscribed to. However you get Netflix with ads free. If you have standard or premium you have to pay for this. Standard is £4 per month.
