Netflix asking for payment

Trying to setup Netflix on new Sky glass. It says I have Netflix on my account on the sky app on my phone. It also says I have it on the main screen of the TV. When I go into the Netflix app there doesn't seem to be any connection. It wants me to sign up to a new account and input a payment option. Don't want to end up paying twice, surely must be a simpler way.

Re: Netflix asking for payment

This is the stage I am at, so I assume I have to enter a payment option?

Re: Netflix asking for payment

I had the same problem. I had already deleted my existing Netflix account before attempting to sign in with sky.  Phoned sky who said it was a Netflix problem. Phoned Netflix who said it was definitely a sky problem. Phoned sky back and they tried to fob me off with "you need to contact Netflix" until I held out and stressed that I had already contacted Netflix. Turns out that sky had not linked Netflix to my sky account.
