I'm trying to watch Netflix on my sky glass after paying my bill and reinstating services and it keeps asking me to make a payment although its included in my package

I restarted the netflix app and it reactivated it

Re: Netflix asking for payment
i think that may be because if your services are restricted due to overdue payments that may send a signal to Netflix to say payment hasn't been received. When did you make the payment in full? I'd guess it may possible take up to 24-48 hours perhaps for everything to update that payment has been recieved.
