Netflix account

Hi so basically my partner logged into her mothers netflix when we got the sky glass tv and now we get the house hold check come up so we try to log out and try to get our account through sky which is included but for some reason we can never seem todo it is there anyone thats beem through this

@Ryanb123  First thing to do is contact Netflix and get them to unlink your partner's mother's account from your sky account  then follow the relevant instructions on the link below to link your own Netflix account to your sky account 

 

if you don't have your own Netflix account you can create one as part of the process
