Im hoping someone can help!
Beginning of this month my email and my passwords were leaked, as I had malicious code implanted onto my PC.
I tried signing into the netflix account today, only to see that my email is no longer associated with it, nor my phone number.
I have the netflix package with Sky on my Sky Glass, so my payment for that comes out with my sky bill.
I opened netflix on the sky glass and saw that I hadn't yet been logged out on that device. I managed to get the email of the guy who hacked the netflix, but unfortunately I didn't manage to get this 'service code' ive seen mentioned on similar threads on here.
So, how do I go about unlinking that netflix account from the sky plan, and linking the new netflix account I've made, without having this service code for verification? Contacted netflix live chat and they weren't willing to help without this code.

also worth adding that I am NO LONGER logged into the account on the sky glass, so wont be able to get the service code anymore. No other devices are still logged in, either.
