As @GD1 indicates, unlike the legacy satellite products there are no 'engineers' for Sky Glass: it either works or doesn't.
If that's accidental damage then you're looking at either abandoning it or purchasing a replacement: there's no repair programme for screens and you still need to pay off any applicable finance balance.
For delivery damage or if you want to try and argue that cracking is a manufacturing or materials defect you'll need to call Sky.

@Colinphilo Sky do not have Engineers for Sky Glass, if gthe screen is cracked you'll need to call Sky
