My5
I am still unable to watch My5 on Sky Glass I just get a blue screen with a wheel going round been like this for a few months now

have you tried the refresh app setting ?
also how long have you left the spinny wheel ?

Tried refreshing the app, left the spinning wheel just a few minutes,

Try leaving the spinning wheel for as long as you can .......

This had been a problem a few months back.
From what it seems of late, not seen many having problems with this app.
As well as trying power and settings restarts, app refreshing, some were cured by leaving their router off power for at least half hour, then restating their Sky Glass or Sky Stream boxes.
There was also for some a cure of doing a factory reset of the device.
We have been advised that doing a factory reset can on rare occasions cause some account issues, so it's advised to do it on Skys advice, on a call with Sky or be prepared to call Sky if you have a problem after doing it.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
