My5 will not load on sky Glass and Youtube keeps crashing

Hi my Sky glass tv will not load the my5 app. It shows an advert for the milkshake portion of My5 and then goes to a buffering wheel which just never goes any further, I even left it on for an hour just to make sure. 

I've tried refreshing the apps and restarting the tv. I have no issues with my Broadband connection is reliable and I get 1GB so it's not too slow.

I have noticed that my Sky glass is also freezing quite often when using the youtube app and I have to unplug the Tv to be able to restart it as it becomes completely unresponsive. 

I've seen many people post about the my5 issue but replies only being given via private message, rather than being posted online which has been very annoying, i have been reading through the feeds to get no answers! Please someone post the answer via this feed so it can help others quicker and avoid the irritation!
