I cannot watch anything on the my5 app, sky glass...I have refreshed apps, turned off and on etc.... not been working for over a week now.
Anyone any ideas? Thanks

a couple of things to try - leave the app on the circle screen overnight if possible .... some users have reported it eventually comes back on
try plugging in your glass tv to the router with an ethernet cable (temporarily) and turning off wifi. Then reboot your glass tv and see if that gets it working
