My5 app

So I created an account for the 5 app. All fine but when I try to watch The Feud I’m just getting a black screen. I did the QR code through my camera and set it up. Any idea why it's not working? I am trying to watch it both through the app and also in the list of top 10 this week but getting the same result - just a black screen.

It not the app i just checked  my one and it working fine, try restarting  the tv see in that does  it , go to the home page,  go down  to  system  management open it go to resets and updates go to restart  device
