Its saying my broadband is connected but wifi isnt

@Steph591 Welcome to the forum. I see @Tim1am has suggested a reboot which has a good chance of fixing your issue but if not try the following:
Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.

I've got the same issue broadband all says it's fine but sky glass won't connect and says there's no connection to the internet but connection to my router is fine

I just unplugged my glass tv left it a minute plugged back in and turned on and now it's working. Hope that works for you.

This was the issue for me also, sky glass came on but wouldn't connect to Internet. I was able to bypass this by connecting to my phone hot-spot instead of my router and didn't even need to change back after, it connected to my router by itself
