My tv won’t work

In the last 8-9 days I've had to reset my tv then turn it off at night well stand by then back next day and it keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet which is bizarre because it's working perfectly

@Whaters2312When I first got Sky Glass I used to have this problem and found that I needed to amend the settings.

 

Try setting the "Networked standby mode" to ON.  You will find this under Settings > Start up & standby menu.  This stops the system losing the network connection when it goes into standby.

 

It probably wasn't necessary but I actually turned off all the other options in that menu as I thought of them as gimmicks.

 

Hopefully this will help, as I say it worked for me.
