Hi @Nataliebear and welcome to the forum. If you Glass TV is not covered by your home insurance the repair will be your responsibility. Depending on the damage you may be able to get it repaired ServiceTech who are the Sky repairs partner but be aware they cannot replace the screen if that is damaged. See THIS link for further information

Re: My tv is broken
You may be able to calm under your home insurance or if you have sky protect insurance, don't think if it's still under warranty that you can calm under that, ring sky and ask what your opinion are

Re: My tv is broken
@Nataliebear Sky are not responsible for any replacement as this kind of damage would not be covered by a warrantl, you will need to claim on your home insurance if it allows for accidental damage, or if you have Sky protect.
If not you'll be liable for purchasing a replacement and continue any credit repayments on the damaged set.
You'll need to order this online at sky.com
Also your duplicatre thread you started has been removed as you have this one you created and have received replies, creating a duplicate thread won't help nor change the answers received.

Re: My tv is broken
You own the TV from the moment you start paying for it so it falling off the wall is not Sky's responsibility.
As others state, you'll need to claim on your home contents insurance if you have accidental damage cover.
You must continue to pay your monthly payments to Sky. You can access channels via the Sky Go app or, if you have Whole Home, via a Stream puck attached to a different TV.

Hi @ScottishClaymore If they had Sky protect insurance I imagine it would be the first port of call @Nataliebear would have made rather than asking for help on the forum. She certainly can't take out a policy retrospectively.
