What did Sky say whem you spoke to them some months ago? Have you followed it up with them when the sounds didn't improve? Can you tell us more about what do you mean by 'not giving good sounds?'

We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. Have you raised a formal complaint here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint or did you just speak to someone in customer service?

Threatening to take individual legal action against multi-billion pound corporations tends to be somewhat futile, particularly where consumer rights exist to deal with a situation.
Sky is typically eager to swap out a Glass set if there's any suggestion it has a fault: have you actually requested this happens?

@Adewale2 what is the sound like out of interest, ours has got worse over time, especially voice, voices can sound very tinny like there in a bucket if you get what I mean. Also it's very flat with no bass, turning the bass on/off you notice no difference?

There have been repeated posts about bass issues on Glass since it was launched: the only solution (if still in warranty) is to get the set swapped out.
