My sound and mouth movement are seriously out of sync. Any help appreciated

My sound and mouth movements are out of sync. I see them speak the sentence a good 10 secs before I hear the sentence

Have you rebooted the TV? Turn it off at the wall for 5 minutes then power it back on. This might help. Maintaining lip sync is unfortunately not one of Sky Glass' strong points...
