My Skye glass tv is not working at all.

Hi @Thomas40 

 

In order for the community to be able to assist you will need to provide more information. In what way isn't it working? Is it live TV? apps? Both? Are there any error messages? Have you rebooted your glass? What's your internet speed etc?

 

We will then do our best to assist. But bear in mind, your not talking to Sky, this is a customer helps customer forum.
