The hub in our bedroom won't play tv channels it will play anything on the playlist but no tv. It just says waiting for programme to load or just a black screen, even when it says waiting to load it just goes black again after! We have 2 other hubs in the other bedrooms & they are working fine!!!

Each Stream puck needs a fast and stable broadband connection to function. They do not 'talk' to each other or act as WiFi repeaters. Just because your pucks work in other bedrooms, doesn't mean they will work in other rooms - it all depends on broadband signal strength and quality. The live channel streams use more bandwidth than playlisted content which usually streams from apps, hence why they're not working properly.
You need to check what broadband speed is reaching the dodgy puck. To find out use the network check in the get help menu on the Netflix app.

Ok we've had it a few months now & even had to change our broadband after being told ours would be ok & then finding out it wasn't!
it's never happened before so why should it happen now??

Extra congestion on your broadband network causing the speed to fluctuate?
Check what speed is reaching the puck in your bedroom by opening the Netflix app on it, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.

I need a new sky glass hub to get my bedroom arter

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@nivk01 There is no such thing as a Sky Glass Hub, if you have broadband it is a broadband hub you have, you won't get a new one simply due to wifi issues, what you may need is a booster, which you'll need to call Sky about.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

As advised already you need to call Sky for a booster. The communuty can't send you one.

We don't know how many bedrooms you have or how many bedrooms you pay for or how many pucks you have for additional rooms.
