My sky glass will not connect to sky

I left sky in September 24.

I rejoined sky in October but since rejoining sky my sky glass tv will not get sky I need an engineer to come and check my tv. It accepts certain apps but still won't work on sky?

 Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong I have no mobile phone?

have you tried to reset the network connection in the network settings ?

@aussie1234   Sky have no engineers for Sky Glass as it's a self install & setup product.

 

If the suggestion by @Jporch316  isn't workimg I would give Sky a call, they may take you through a full reset

Thanks for your reply.

 I have gone through with one agent but she did not know enough as it was 8.40 all she was concerned about was she was finished at 9pm so I got no help from here?

 So I have paid over the odds for a tv which sky engineers can't or won't repair?

 I'm now annoyed that I rejoined sky a few days ago so I think I should just quit sky again they are useless.

@aussie1234  Again there are NO engineers for Glass.  You will need to speak to Sky again.  You;re TV doesn't need a 'repair', it simply needs setting up or a full hard reset which should only be done on the phone with Sky.

Thanks for your reply.

 I'm trying to contact sky via email as I currently do not have a mobile phone it's being repaired.

 Try to contact sky online is almost impossible as it's all automated unless someone can advise me of the customer service number?

@aussie1234  Sky don't use email as a form of communication, however we can escalate this to the messaging team if you wish who will pick this up tomorrow.
