The issue occurs frequently. Rebooting ie turning the power off and on after 30 seconds usually works but only temporarily .
I have reset the system but the problem continues.

That shows the speed at the time you did the test is ok, however it won't prove network instability issues. This proves that broadband speed won't be the issue/problem
To verify its not instability of the WIFI, the best way to test this is to disable the WIFI in the Glass network settings and use an ethernet cable to connect the TV to either the router or a powerline adapter. If using ethernet you have no issues, then the problem is indeed the strength and stability of the WifI connection the Glass is getting. If you still have the issue with the ethernet, you know its likely to be something else so we can rule that out.

What have you done to confirm your wifi is fully operational?

That sounds like the Wifi may be not strong and stable enough for the Glass.
Open Netflix on the Glass and go to Get Help -> Check Your Network and make a note of the download speed, you should run this a few times. This may eliminate speed as the issue but won't eliminate network instability.

Many thanks for your reply .
The check you suggested shows a connection speed of 112.70Mbps which sounds ok .
