Since yesterday I can't get a picture on my screen, there is like a blue light in the back ground and I can hear the sound but just can't get a picture, any one know how to fix? I've tried all the usual standby and unplug but nothing works

@Scott871 you need to report the fault to Sky to help I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to see if they can help. Did you have a response on what this issue was? I now have the same issue out of warranty. A bluey green hue, sound, but can't get it to move from the bluey green hue to actually showing me a picture.

Just wondered if you got anything.
