My sky glass keeps saying technical fault and then the screen is going blue on all channels

Hi @Kate1231
Try powering it off for a few minutes at the plug and try again. If it continues to happen it could be network related. How is your Glass connected to the internet (WiFi / ethernet?) What speed is your connection etc.
You can run a speed test within the settings of the netflix app, this will show you the throughput the glass is getting.
