Any ideas?
Seems to be happening to many Glass owners. Another software glitch courtesy of Sky.
All you can do is wait for them to try to fix it. No timescales have been given.

To be honest who knows, sadly!
These glitches with Sky pop up out if the blue on a very regular basis. Quite possibly some backroom work is undertaken that throws a spanner in the works.
I gave up on it a few months ago fed up of constant problems that just keep perpetuating each month.
Yes you can get by and get it to work to a fashion but is that acceptable 🤔 This isn't a free service, the TV is highly over priced and restricted once you cancel your subscription, the puck is under pressure to perform as it's made as cheaply as possible.
I'd be calling Sky looking for a credit to compensate for having to find workarounds and putting up with turn it off, turn it on oh um turn it off, turn it on. Why oh why are paying customers putting up with that? That's £75 a month, thank you very much customer enjoy your AD skipping it's fun for all the family to have a go! Can't find the second half of your recording, oh dear, dreadful film anyway. Well I'm sure I put it in the playlist? Have we watched that it's still in the continue watching rail, we must have there is a blue line, where? Well it was there a moment ago.
Sky, bringing you hours of frustration at every button press. Um I don't think this remote is working!!! Who's pulled the ethernet cable out 🙄

Same issues here started last night kicking me off the Amazon app now it won't let me use hdmi inputs tried the usual turn it off when glass is having a tantrum fix but to no avail, has anyone had a fix yet I'm on system build version 018.007.00 and my internet is 108 down and 79 up before sky attem to say it's my WiFi again 🤣

But if we refused to pay for the poor service we're getting they'd want that sorting straight away! 😂😞

Er...because I made a mistake?

For HDMI you can remove HDMI cables, power off the TV or Stream and power off what is connected. Turn all back on reconnected.
If that fails it is a factory reset. I spoke to Sky tech yesterday there is no fix yet!

I have experienced this and I'm still on firmware version 17 on all my pucks. Am I the last to be upgraded to version 18? I usually get the update fairly promptly (I use the word "update" with tongue firmly in cheek!).
Maybe I'm being punished for having the audacity to associate Sky with the Stockholm syndrome on a previous post 😏.
I could be wrong but I thought the qs018 rollout had been completed ?

I have just checked all of my 6 Stream pucks. None have updated!
My puck is still on QS017 - I think the QS018 update was largely for Glass, though it seems to have caused other issues.
It's possible they've paused the update for Stream.

Thank goodness for that! I thought I was being singled out.

Mine has been doing this for about a week on paramount, Disney, Prime,
I hope sky fix this soon. Rather frustrating, especially when you get to a good bit the POW..... It's gone back to main screen. 😞🤔
