No as nothing else is in use or being touched whilst it happens. I thought it could be an issue with broadband speed but that's all good and it looks like a lot of other users having the same issues.

We are also having this problem. Just another one to add to the list of problems with sky glass.

Have you checked your broadband? What speed is being received by your Glass TV? Are you connecting via wifi or ethernet?
You can check the speed by opening the Netflix app and navigating to the Get Help menu. Select network test and see what result you get.

Exact same problem I'm having rang sky and they said it must be my broadband speed which it isn't. I've seen lots of people complaining about this same issue too.

We're having the same issue. The missus has had to fast forward through Love Island every night this week 🙄😭

Laughable, I called sky on Monday about this issue, they promised me a callback yesterday (Wednesday) to check and see how things were progressing with they're attempted fix, i'm still waiting on that phonecall as we stand at 10pm on the Thursday.

Got the same problem. Had my TV for a few months now, but just lately its switching off and saying its reloading. Very annoying 😡

check the WiFi is turned off if you are wired (it can sometimes turn itself back on )
try it via WiFi without the ethernet cable
I've recently switched to WiFi and it solved a lot of my network dropouts

Thank you we will try this...

Hi All. Recently I keep being logged out of my apps while watching them. The apps affected are Amazon prime, Netflix, Disney plus . This seems to happen every day has anyone else experienced this?
09 Jun 2023 10:27 AM
Yes also everyday seems to be a problem for a lot of people now too but sky seem to be dismissing it as I have rang them about it and got nothing.
