My sky glass isn’t loading anything

My sky glass tv won't load any channels Iv turned everything off and back on and still nothing

Has that included unplugging it at the wall for ten minutes then switching it back on?

If so, try going to settings, system management, resets and updates and select the restart device option. That sometimes helps.

Is it that there's no TV guide, or that when you select a channel it doesn't play?

Is there any messages on screen when this happens?

Has your glass TV previously worked properly?

Can you try a settings restart

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass TV will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

If, after then, it's still happening, try rebooting your router and turn the Glass TV off for ten minutes before restarting.
