My sky glass is saying there is a technical issue

Ive turned my sky glass tv on and it says, Sorry, because of a technical issue, youre currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that were working hard

to fix the problem.

@Francesca00  Have you checked your netowk settings in the Glass settings menu?

 

Go to settings --> Standby and startup --> Networked standby mode = set to on.

 

Check Overnight Power saving is set to off.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
