Have switched Internet on/off. Nothing wrong with that.
Message on screen says "Please wait for your programme to load" ... I'm still waiting

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Deb2511 Try unplugging the Glass TV for a couple of minutes and then plugging it in again. It will take about a minute to reboot.
This is the standard thing to do at the first sign of any issues.
