My sky glass has stopped working as saying no wifi but all other devices working? Any advice please
My sky glass has stopped working as saying I'm not connected to Wi-Fi/internet however all other devices working fine. Not the first time with this issue, any advice welcomed. Thanks

@UVL Sounds like the result of poor wifi signal, are you able to use thernet from the router to the TV instead.

@UVL I no longer have Glass but when I did I had this message a number of times and it was always resolved by rebooting the Glass TV. Simply unplug it for a minute and plug it back in again. It will then take about a minute to reboot and pickup the network again.
We also found that initially we received this message every morning when we turned the TV on. This was resolved by going into the Settings > Start up & standby menu and turning ON the "Networked standby mode". This stops the Glass TV from losing the network when the TV goes into standby.
