We are fellow subscribers on the forum. We cannot help with a statement like it doesn't work. You will need to provide more information. Is this a new install? Jas it worked previously? What exactly isn't working? Who is your ISP? What speeds do you get?

I was watching tv suddenly it went blank changed batteries nothing
I spend so much money for this it's very frustrating

Changing batteries is unlikely to help if your TV has gone off. Try switching it off at the mains for 5mins and then power back on in the first instsnce.
