My microphone on my tv doesn’t work

my sky glass tv microphone doesn't work it never has I can't speak to the tv it works on the remote but not on tv

Is it enabled? Press the three dots on you remote and scroll to the right, if 'Mic On' is displayed it should respond to 'hello sky' commands.

If it's not working you will have to call sky to get a replacement, as we are customers like you on the forum.
