Re: My glass tv is displaying no wifi connection but all lights are green on my sky router
Hi @Msdawn
Not a lot of information to go off there. Has this been working previously? Who is your ISP? Have you tried powering off your Sky Glass at the mains for a few minutes and powering it back on?
We are fellow subscribers here on the forum and not Sky. Please give us as much information as possible, in order for us to try and help. A reboot of you glass (power off at the mains for a few minutes) should be the starting point.

Re: My glass tv is displaying no wifi connection but all lights are green on my sky router
@Msdawn Give the following a try.
Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.
