The Glass television wall plate is a component of the tabletop stand.
The stand has a one-piece flat base, not 'feet', and there's no option to order anything different from Sky.
The television should have been delivered with a second large flat box: if that was unopened then you have all the parts for both wall and upright mounting apart from wall bolts.
