My 5 app isn't working on tv just getting the spinning symbol I've updated and reset twice left it 24 hours and done it again but it's still not working. Should I get in contact?

I am having the same issue.
My5 app opens showing a Milkshake adver, pressing ok then just shows the spinning wheel symbol and am unable to progress any further.
Have a Sky Stream also and this works ok, just having issue on Sky Glass.
Dis you manage to get a resolution to this issue?

Again I'm also having the same issue with My5.
I've done as the above with refreshing and rebooting my Sky Glass.
Any way of getting this to work?

Still cannot watch anything via the My5 app. It's now been like this since 09/02.
Just get spinning wheel when selecting a programme to watch.
Have perform restart of Sky glass, also a powered off and on, a refresh of apps but still the spinning wheel.
Would appreciate a response/acknowledgement that the issue can be looked into & looks like it's not just me having the issue.

Hi,
still cannot access the My5 app.
just get the spinning wheel.
last resort is to do a factory reset but presumably that will result in losing my playlists and settings so that's a last resort.
therefore would appreciate a response to this ongoing issue to see if there is a resolution available.

There's a major update to the My5 app coming next month. Hopefully it may work better.
Channel 5 are rebranding their on demand and broadcast service into the simple '5' brand, much like how Channel 4 ditched All4 and now calls itself Channel 4 both as an app and as a broadcast channel. The same is happening with Channel 5.

I had my sky glass around 12 weeks tried all the above to try and watch but as others say get the milkshake add then the spinning wheel of death I'm seriously unhappy as I watch most my programs on My5 if some one from sky can't help please reach out

This isn't directly helpful, I know, but My5 is a pretty bad product but is being relaunched as "5" in March. Hopefully they improve their tech as part of that relaunch.

I am having the same issue. What am I supposed to do?
No hope of speaking to anyone about it I assume? We, the customers, are left to fend for ourselves and help each other.
But, surprise surprise, Sky are putting their prices up.
