Moving home

I am moving home and taking skyglass and sky broadband with me can I just plug in and I have tv and wifi ?

Broadband service from an ISP does not follow a router around the national Openreach cable network.  You need to book a 'Sky Home Move' for broadband, which has at least a ten working day lead time.

 

You relocate the Glass television set yourself and connect it once broadband is available: Sky will carry out the address change to provide different regional services (if applicable).

Yes so long as you have arranged for your broadband waiting for you there.

Tell Sky your new address or they may assume you are not using it at the account holders address and they don't like that.
